What is your websites philosophy? We think that websites should be built as an effective tool above all else. All the sites we design focus on completing main goals: directly selling products, getting visitors to contact for services, etc. When we build websites we really focus on the end user and make it as easy as possible for them to come onto the site and complete these goals.

What payment terms do you require? Most projects will require 50% upfront and 50% on completion. On larger projects it will be broken down into 3 or 4 payments which will correspond with different milestones in the project.

How long do your websites take? Our websites take anywhere from 2 weeks to 4 months based on how simple or complex the site is.

What is the best way to reach you? The best way to reach us is through email or through the contact form page on this website so that we have more time to figure out the best response to your question or problem and also be able to reply when calling may not be possible. Where are you located? Red Key Designs main headquarters is located in Norfolk, VA.

Do you offer hosting and domain registration? Yes, we offer hosting on our servers and can also set you up with your domain.

I want to use your services! What should I do next? The fastest, most efficient way to get your project rolling is to fill out the project worksheet. However sending us a quick note on our contact form page will work as well.

How much do your websites cost? Our websites start at $999 which will get you a customized design on the powerful WordPress platform so you’ll have complete control of your site. All our sites also include display testing to ensure it looks good across all browsers and operating systems, complete installation to your server (we offer hosting if you need it), our How-To WordPress videos, and all the files and source code.
